" My visit to Silk Road Bistro was nothing short of a culinary adventure! I went with a group of friends, and we ordered a variety of dishes. I must say, the Szechuan chili bomb was incredibly spicy, just like I wanted. The owner, who is also the chef, took the time to explain the origin of the dishes we ordered, which made the meal feel special. We also tried their signature crab rangoon, which was crispy and filled with just the right amount of creamy filling. Overall, it was a great night full of good food and laughter. " I visited Silk Road Bistro with my family and we absolutely loved it! The menu had a wide variety of options, especially the vegetarian dishes. My favorite was the twice-baked tofu stir-fry, which was crispy on the outside and soft inside. The white rice was fluffy, and all the dishes were very well-seasoned.
