" I had high hopes for El Basha based on the reviews, but I came away a bit disappointed with my visit. While the staff was friendly and attentive, I found the food lacked some authenticity. The gyros had a flavor similar to mass-produced fast food, which was not what I expected at all. I also wished the portion sizes were slightly larger for the price. The place had a nice ambiance, but I believe they need to improve the quality of the food to match the friendly service. May reconsider trying them again later. " (*Curated Review*)
" I’ve visited El Basha on several occasions and the overall experience has always been solid. The food is affordable and delicious, perfect for lunch during my busy workdays. The flavors are always fresh, although I do think the dessert selection could be improved. The atmosphere is casual, where you can relax or eat on the go. The staff maintains a friendly demeanor that adds to the overall experience. " (*Curated Review*)
" I had a bit of a disappointing experience at El Basha the last time I visited. I ordered the lamb kebab platter and while it was decent, it lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. The portions were acceptable but I felt the prices were on the higher side for what I received. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, which was a plus, but the food needs to step up to keep me coming back. I hope they can work on enhancing the quality soon. " (*Curated Review*)
" Wow, what can I say? El Basha is amazing! I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by the owner, who was so enthusiastic about his products. I bought several unique spices to try at home. Then I decided to try their homemade falafel served with a side of tahini sauce. Honestly, it's the best falafel I’ve ever tasted, crunchy on the outside yet so soft inside, bursting with flavor! The seating area was clean and cozy – perfect for enjoying my meal. I can’t recommend this place enough; it feels like a little corner of the Middle East right here! " (*Curated Review*)
" What a delightful find! I stopped by El Basha while looking for some ingredients for a family gathering. The grocery selection is impressive with many brands I've only seen abroad. I picked up some za'atar and date syrup, and they had fresh pita bread too! The staff was exceptionally friendly and offered great recommendations. I couldn't resist trying the chicken kebab while I was there and it was flavorful and perfectly cooked. I left with a bag full of unique groceries and a big smile on my face. Definitely coming back here on my next shopping trip! " (*Curated Review*)
" I’ve heard raving reviews about this place, so I finally decided to try it after work last week. The wraps were very filling, but I thought the flavor was a bit lacking for Middle Eastern food. The service was fantastic, and the staff did offer to spice things up for me, which I appreciated. I chose to try the baklava for dessert, which was lovely! However, overall I expected more from the authentic feel of the food itself. I might give it a second chance, but my first experience was just okay. " (*Curated Review*)
" Last weekend, I had the pleasure of dining at El Basha and it was an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth by the staff. I ordered the chicken shawarma, and it was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and oh-so-tasty! My partner tried the falafel wrap, which he raved about, and we shared a lovely baklava for dessert. The atmosphere was casual yet cozy, and we felt welcomed the entire time. I can't wait to go back for more delicious food and friendly service! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great Middle Eastern cuisine. " (*Curated Review*)
