" I had high hopes for Bangrak Market after hearing so much about it, but I left feeling somewhat disappointed. The food was decent quality, but not mind-blowing. My som tum was not very spicy and lacked the zing I expect from a papaya salad. The atmosphere was very lively, which is nice, but it made conversations difficult given how loud it was. The marinade was beautiful, and I enjoyed the fiery heat from the chili sauce that came with it. My dining companion had the massaman curry which was rich, creamy, and authentic. " I can't tell you how much I loved Bangrak Market! The papaya salad was super spicy just like I like it. The drinks were creative; I had a lychee mojito that was refreshing. Though the music was loud, the excitement in the room made it fun rather than annoying. We had wonderful service throughout our meal; the staff was friendly and took the time to chat with us.
