" Simply the best Pho I've ever had! Each spoonful is filled with rich flavor and freshness. The beef was tender, and the broth had an authentic taste profile that just transported me back to my travels in Vietnam! I can't recommend the spicy beef sate pho enough. " Returning to Pho Golden Bowl after a long hiatus, I was hoping to relive some of the fantastic meals I had years ago. Unfortunately, I found that changes in ownership have significantly altered the restaurant's signature dishes. The pho now lacks the depth of flavor and the quality of the ingredients has also diminished; my bowl of pho came out with much less protein than I expected and more noodles. I would not want to discourage newcomers because the service is still prompt and friendly, but there is a noticeable difference in taste.
