" My husband and I often look for new places to eat, and we stumbled upon Asadero Toro. The first thing that caught our attention was the fantastic smell wafting from the kitchen! We tried the tripa tacos and birria, and both were exceptional. The cook on the tripa was perfect—crispy on the outside while still tender and juicy inside. The birria was served with delightful consomme that we could dip into. Everything is made fresh, and it really shows. I loved how they allow you to customize your meal with their extensive salsa bar. The service was excellent as well; our server was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
