" Every time I visit Gossip Tapioca, I find something new to love! I have tried their chicken and beef pho multiple times, and they are consistently fantastic. The broth is fragrant and full of flavor. I also indulgently tried their sweet and sour pork – probably the best I’ve had in Utah! The boba menus are extensive, and I genuinely enjoy trying out different flavors each visit. The dining experience is always enhanced because of the super friendly staff! " I must say I was disappointed with my last experience at Gossip Tapioca. The atmosphere is nice, and the furniture is comfortable but the service has been inconsistent lately. I felt rushed even though the restaurant wasn't busy. My order also took too long to arrive, and when it did, it was lukewarm. The pho itself had a strong taste of cinnamon which I'm not a fan of. While the boba drinks remain enjoyable, the last few times I dined there, my food was lukewarm upon arrival, and the service seemed overwhelmed. I vividly remember one instance where a server accidentally switched our order with another table. It’s disappointing because this place used to be my favorite dining option. " Had an incredible experience at Gossip Tapioca last night! We arrived around dinner time and were quickly seated. The waitress was very friendly and helpful in guiding us through the menu. I ordered the catfish soup and it blew me away; it was deliciously spiced and had such rich flavors! We also got the potstickers as an appetizer, which were fantastic!
