" This was my first visit to Binh Thanh, and I must say I was very impressed! The food was simply delicious. I sampled the grilled pork vermicelli bowl, and it was so good that I could hardly speak while eating! The broth in the pho was excellent, rich and full of depth. I had the tom yum soup and while it was decent, I think I would try something different next time. However the spring rolls were exceptional and perfect for sharing! " Honestly, I can not believe how good this restaurant is! I went there with my family for brunch, and everyone ordered something different. We tried the Vietnamese breakfast, some Pho, and the spring rolls. Each dish was packed with flavor and freshness. The owners are simply wonderful, making you feel like family. " I decided to give Binh Thanh a shot after seeing so many great reviews. My experience was pleasant enough, but I found my tom yum soup to be a little too salty for my taste. Although the staff were friendly, I felt they could have been a bit more attentive. I have to admit though, the fresh rolls were delightful and clearly made with quality ingredients.
