" I had a pretty chaotic experience at Chili's. The service started off well, but midway through dinner, my order came out wrong. I ordered a chicken sandwich and received a burger instead! It took a long time to get the waiter’s attention for corrections. While the kitchen staff worked hard, my meal didn't feel very authentic, and the flavors were off. " I had a very disappointing experience at Chili's. The waiter forgot half of our order and when it did arrive, my ribs were overcooked and dry. The restaurant was not even busy, so it was surprising. I had some apprehensions coming here given their reputation, and this visit did not help clear them up. I doubt I'll be back anytime soon.
