" I visited Tacos al Carbón for the first time last week. The vibe was energetic with exciting live music, which was just perfect. I ordered the enchiladas as well as a large margarita. Unfortunately, I found the food to be somewhat average, and the enchiladas were not as authentic as I hoped. They tasted fine but lacked that homemade touch I typically enjoy in authentic Mexican food. The service could have been better too; it took a while to get our drinks. " So glad I tried Tacos al Carbón! We weren't quite sure what to order, so our waiter helped us pick. We ended up having the molcajete and steak tacos, and both were fabulous! The textures and flavors were incredible. The vibrant decor created an inviting environment. Service was great; our waiter checked on us regularly without being intrusive.
