" Yesterday, I satisfied my craving for soba at Sobaya, and it did not disappoint! The ambiance felt very authentic, and I was transported back to Japan. " What can I say? Sobaya is a delightful place to satisfy your soba cravings! I visited on a chilly evening and ordered their hot soba. The broth was rich and flavorful, making it perfect for the weather! The restaurant's atmosphere is also very calming, almost like a retreat from the bustle of the city outside. I would highly recommend the shrimp tempura as it was some of the best I've had! Overall, great experience, though a minor downside was the slightly high prices. Still, I would definitely return!
