" Took a chance on Toca Madera for a girls' night out, and boy, am I glad I did! The cocktails were fantastic, and the enthusiasm of the staff played a big part in our enjoyment. I had the ceviche, which was refreshing, while my friends enjoyed various tacos. We had an overall great evening, but some dishes were a bit hit or miss in terms of authenticity. Still, we’ll definitely be back to experience the atmosphere again! " (*Curated Review*)
" I was a bit hesitant to try Toca Madera based on mixed reviews but decided to give it a shot. We went for happy hour, which had great specials, but overall, the food left much to be desired. Service was friendly, and the atmosphere was electric with a DJ, but the tacos were quite bland and not very memorable. I might consider going back for cocktails and a different dish, but I doubt I’ll be returning for dinner. " (*Curated Review*)
" I visited with my partner for dinner recently. While everything looked promising, we were a bit disappointed with the food quality. We tried the tacos and the ceviche, and unfortunately, both felt under-seasoned and didn't meet our expectations for authenticity. The atmosphere was fitting for a celebration, lively and animated, but the service wasn't what we hoped for, as our server was forgetful. Though the cocktails were impressive, I may have to think twice before returning based on this experience. " (*Curated Review*)
" Toca Madera has a wonderful vibe and a unique take on Mexican cuisine. The dishes we ordered, especially the street corn and tacos, were tasty! The ambiance was lively; however, we found the music was a tad loud. Our waiter was attentive and friendly but the service felt a bit slow on a busy night. Overall, I’d recommend it for the atmosphere, excellent cocktails, and creative dishes! " (*Curated Review*)
" Overall, an incredibly fun dining experience at Toca Madera! The atmosphere is vibrant, and I felt right at home with the lively energy of the restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed the ceviche and al pastor tacos. It was evident they focus on quality ingredients, which I appreciated. The service could use some improvement, as our order took longer than expected, but the food was worth the wait! A great place for a night out with friends, for sure. " (*Curated Review*)
" Having been to many trendy spots, Toca Madera pleasantly surprised me. The food—particularly the wagyu and bone marrow—was outstanding. While the prices seemed high, the quality justified it. Our server was knowledgeable and engaging. However, the noise level was quite high, which made it hard to converse at times, especially if you’re looking for an intimate dining experience. Still, I highly recommend this place for its vibrant energy! " (*Curated Review*)
" The experience at Toca Madera was like no other! As soon as we walked in, we were enveloped by the energy of the place. The food was wonderful; I tried the tomahawk steak which was grilled perfectly, while my partner enjoyed the vegetarian tacos. The cocktails were also impressive. Our server was friendly, although they missed a couple of things on our order. But overall, it was a fantastic night that I would highly recommend. " (*Curated Review*)
