" I have been a regular at Chili's for a few years now. The staff knows me by name, which is a nice touch! I always go for their California BLT sandwich with a side of fries. It's fantastic! The fresh ingredients really make a difference. However, during my last visit, my fries were a bit too soggy. I didn’t complain since it was almost closing time, but the server noticed and offered to replace them. I appreciate that level of service!
