" On my recent visit to China Max, I was greeted with a smile and placed my order with hopes of enjoying a good meal. Unfortunately, the food was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. I was shocked when my general tso's chicken arrived; it was mostly batter with hardly any chicken to be found.
