" Honestly, I had the worst experience at this Olive Garden recently. We waited for over 30 minutes just to be seated despite several empty tables. Once seated, the service was slow, and our food took forever to arrive. When it finally did, my pasta was overcooked and mushy. I mentioned this to our server, but there was no compensation offered. " I took my family to Olive Garden for my daughter's birthday dinner and it was such a mixed experience. While the breadsticks were fabulous as always, the food service was extremely slow. We waited over 40 minutes for our main dishes, and when they arrived, the chicken parmesan was dry. My daughter was pretty disappointed when they missed singing to her as well.
