My partner and I started with the Pork Fried Rice and Sweet and Sour Shrimp. Both dishes were flavorful and exuded freshness. I was particularly impressed with the diverse menu options which is often a rarity. However, I'd rate the authenticity a little lower as the flavors were slightly adjusted for the American palate.
