" Consistent and convenient! I always find that the quality doesn't change much from location to location. Although not the most authentic, Taco Bell's menu is always familiar and comforting to me. " Worst experience ever! We went to their drive-thru at 10 PM, and even though they said they were open until 11, they wouldn't take our order because they claimed they were closing early. I was livid! We drove around to see what was going on inside, and it looked as if the staff was just goofing around. I would understand if it was busy, but there was no one in the restaurant!
