" We visited Ganbei for our anniversary, and I must say, we were thoroughly impressed! The sushi rolls were incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, especially the Kofi roll which has quickly become my favorite. The ambiance was intimate, perfect for a special occasion. " Had dinner at Ganbei and it was a mixed bag. While the ambiance is nice and inviting, I wasn't impressed with the sushi. Some rolls were great, while others tasted like they lacked freshness. The chef's choice sashimi was a hit though; it really stood out. I felt the service was fast, but somewhat robotic. Would love to see more warmth and character from the waitstaff.
