I found the banh mi to be underwhelming; there was barely any pork inside, and the bread felt more like sandwich bread than a proper Vietnamese baguette. On top of that, the service was disorganized. We waited too long to place our orders and even longer for our food, despite being in an almost empty restaurant. It seems popular, but my visit didn't live up to the hype, unfortunately.
