" Having travelled extensively in Japan and enjoyed its cuisine, I was excited to try JINYA. It did not let me down! The ramen was delightfully authentic, reminiscent of what I tried in Tokyo. The side dishes we sampled were also enjoyable. Our server, however, seemed a bit overwhelmed, which led to slower service at times. Nevertheless, the quality of the food was outstanding.
