" Absolutely loved Yellowfinn! The sushi here is some of the best I've had in Utah. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, my favorites were the hamachi and the Utah roll. " Overall a decent experience! While Yellowfinn’s sushi is decent with fresh ingredients, I did find some of the items overpriced for what you receive. Service could use some tweaking as well—our waitress was friendly but seemed overwhelmed. The outdoor area felt refreshing, and it really made the meal more enjoyable.
