The best part was definitely the dipping sauces available. Each broth that was brought out was piping hot and flavorful! The staff were genuinely friendly and wanted us to enjoy our experience. It felt slightly cramped at times due to seating arrangements, but the quality of the food made it all worth it. In terms of authenticity, it felt like a great representation of hot pot dining. " This was my first time at a hot pot restaurant and Swish did not disappoint! The quality of the food was excellent, and I loved being able to choose my ingredients. My server was friendly and offered great recommendations. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that the seating is a bit tight for larger groups.
