" I must say, my experience at Flower & Horse was a mixed bag. The ambiance is charming and feels very homey with beautiful floral decorations, but the dish I tried, the spicy and sour noodles, just fell flat for me. The flavors promised so much but delivered little. On a positive note, the service was friendly, and they offered free refills of noodles, which was a nice surprise. I have a feeling this place might be hit or miss based on what you order. Maybe next time I’ll give their braised pork noodles a try instead.
