" After hearing wonderful things about Rodeo's, I finally decided to see for myself. The minute I walked in, I was welcomed by a friendly hostess, which set a positive tone for the evening. I started with the chips and salsa, which were fantastic! The homemade salsa is a must-try! I ordered the chicken enchiladas for my main course, and while they were good, I felt they could have used a bit more seasoning.
