" Finding a good Thai restaurant can be quite the challenge, but Thaiku is definitely an exception! The flavors are rich, the ambiance is full of charm, and the service is top-notch. I had the Pad Thai which was nice, although it was a tad sweeter than I prefer. It paired beautifully with a spicy side drink they recommended. One thing I would suggest to this restaurant is to consider slightly larger serving sizes, as they felt a bit small. Regardless, I would absolutely come back again for the experience! " I came across Thaiku one weekend, and it quickly became my go-to Thai place! Every dish I've tried has exceeded my expectations. The flavors are genuine and reminiscent of what you'd find in Thailand. Their noodle dishes are out of this world. The only criticism I might have is the noise level; it can get quite busy and a bit loud during peak hours. Nonetheless, I can't wait to go back for another round of their delicious offerings! " I don't know how to put this nicely, but my experience at Thaiku wasn't what I expected. I had heard a lot of praise, so maybe my expectations were set too high. While the food had good flavor, it wasn't as authentic as others claimed. My Pad Thai was okay, but slightly bland compared to other spots; I ended up adding more sauce to give it a kick. Service was somewhat slow, and our server didn’t seem particularly attentive. It felt rushed, and I couldn’t truly enjoy the vibe. But I did notice the decor was charming, and I liked the music. Perhaps I'll give it another shot in the future. " (*Curated Review*)
" I had the pleasure of dining at Thaiku and let me tell you, it was fantastic! Authentic flavors that took me straight back to my travels in Thailand. The Khao Soi was absolutely phenomenal, and I can't recommend it enough. Plus, the atmosphere is super welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a date night or just catching up with friends. However, I will say that the portion sizes were a bit smaller than I expected. Still, the quality of food definitely compensates for it. I can't wait to return and try their other dishes! " Thaiku is easily my favorite Thai restaurant! My friends and I go there at least once a month, and we always try something new. The Mieng Kahm appetizer is a must! Each time we visit, we’re amazed by the unique cocktails too, especially the Oolong Teani - it’s creative and pairs perfectly with their spicy dishes. The only downside is that some of their plates are on the smaller side, so ordering a few extra dishes is usually the way to go. But honestly, after tasting their food, it's hard to complain about anything. Totally coming back soon! " (*Curated Review*)
" I was initially hesitant to try Thaiku because I had a terrible experience at another Thai restaurant in Seattle. However, after reading recommendations, I gave it a shot. I was very pleasantly surprised! The service was friendly and quick. As for the food, the pad see ew was delicious and had the right depth of flavor. I also loved how authentic the food felt compared to many other places in the city – you could really taste the fresh spices! It was the perfect balance of flavors with a bit of nuttiness. I will definitely return soon. " (*Curated Review*)
" I took my family to Thaiku after hearing so many good reviews. I was impressed! The ambiance felt very casual yet authentic. We ordered various dishes, and the standout for us was definitely the Panang Curry. It was rich and satisfying, and the kids loved it too. Thanks to our lovely server, we enjoyed a relaxed meal, but I did notice that our portions were smaller than expected. But we enjoyed every bit, so it didn't detract from the experience too much. We’ll see if it becomes a regular spot for us! " (*Curated Review*)
