" Although I had heard many good things about Minh's, my visit today wasn't quite as stellar as I expected. While the spring rolls were fantastic and bursting with flavor, my main dish of pad thai was somewhat bland. I appreciated the friendly service and the lovely view of the bay, but I think some dishes could use a bit more seasoning.
