" Had a family gathering at Follia last week, and it was a mixed bag. On one hand, the ambiance was lovely and cozy; very fitting for an intimate dinner. On the other, the service was not up to par. Our server was quite forgotten about halfway through the meal. The food, while tasty, did not wow as much as I hoped. We had several dishes, and most were solid but lacked that special authentic Italian flair. Overall, it felt more like a visit to a chain restaurant than a special occasion. " (*Curated Review*)
" The atmosphere here is beautiful. The food was great but not mind-blowing. I had the baked truffle eggs which were good but could use a touch more seasoning. The service was pleasant, but it took longer than expected to get seated. Overall, it's a lovely place, and I wouldn’t mind coming back again for special occasions. " (*Curated Review*)
" Oh my goodness, the food here is fantastic! We had the ragu pappardelle, and it was undeniably fresh, with rich flavors. The environment is amazing, a perfect place to unwind after a long week! Service was a bit off, unfortunately; our waiter seemed flustered though he was sweet. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting a taste of genuine Italian cuisine. Don't skip the desserts; the tiramisu might just make you cry tears of joy! " (*Curated Review*)
" A truly wonderful experience at Follia! The ambiance was delightful, and the service was incredibly warm and friendly. I ordered the squid ink pasta, which was unlike any I had elsewhere, very authentic with perfect seasoning. The waiter was knowledgeable and made great wine pairing suggestions. In summary, everything except the price was excellent, but that's to be expected in NYC. Will definitely recommend! " (*Curated Review*)
" Honestly, Follia is such a charming Italian eatery! Their cacio e pepe is to die for, rich with flavors and made from high-quality pasta. I was impressed by how fresh and delightful everything tasted. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for gatherings. The only downside was that the service could be slow during peak hours, but it's worth the wait! I will definitely be returning for another meal soon. " (*Curated Review*)
" Follia offers a lovely dining experience with a focus on classic Italian cuisine. I visited for brunch and enjoyed the ricotta pancakes – they were outstanding! The ambiance was light and airy with an inviting decor. However, I found the service lacking. It took longer than expected to get our drinks, and we had to ask for the check twice. Nonetheless, the flavors in the food are hard to beat! " (*Curated Review*)
" Chef's mushroom pizza was a revelation, topping the charts of culinary delight! The staff were commendable as well, quick with recommendations and ever so polite. Follia will be my new go-to Italian spot! " (*Curated Review*)
