" My experience at Masala Bay was great until it wasn't. The food was flavorful, and I loved the customization aspect of building my own bowl. However, my friend’s meal came out slightly cold, which left us puzzled. We had a nice interaction with the staff, though, which made the atmosphere more pleasant. " I was skeptical about Indian food in a wrap, but boy was I surprised! Masala Bay is a refreshing take on traditional cuisine, with a fun atmosphere and helpful staff. I really enjoyed the fresh naan, which is made right in front of you, and the variety of sauces they offer. Personal favorite was the tamarind sauce. " Very fresh ingredients in my wrap! I enjoyed that I could pick and choose what I wanted. The idea of serving Indian food in a Chipotle-style is interesting and fun. However, I felt that the flavors didn’t pop as much as I had hoped. It would be a good spot for a healthy lunch, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to return.
