" After hearing so many great things about Saigon Noodle and Bistro, I finally decided to visit and bring along my friends. We ordered a variety of dishes, including pho, bun vermicelli, and the goat hotpot. To say the least, everything was exceptional! " Just had a fantastic meal at Saigon Noodle and Bistro! I decided to try the goat hotpot because I've heard nothing but praise for it. True to expectations, the flavor was outstanding. We also ordered two noodle bowls that were generous in portion size. The only setback was the cleanliness of the bathrooms—they could use some attention.
