" I came here after hearing about the 'authentic' pizza, but I have to say it was kind of a letdown. The sauce had a nice flavor, but the crust was more like a cardboard than anything else! " I recently had a very disappointing time at Sbarro. The stromboli I ordered was charred on one side and still cold on the inside, which was unacceptable. I appreciate a hustle in a food court setting, but the quality shouldn’t suffer because of it. The staff was nice, but that can't outweigh the poor quality of the food.
