" I visited The Plating for a birthday dinner, and it was wonderful! The owner chef was on the premises, and it was clear she takes pride in her work. Each dish was plated beautifully and tasted incredible. The side dishes (banchan) were some of the best I’ve had! Overall, a delightful experience. I highly recommend trying the Abalone Sot-Bap.
