" After a few negative reviews about Cava, it was nice to finally experience the opposite. The restaurant had a warm atmosphere, and the staff greeted me with friendly smiles. The spicy lamb bowl was flavorful and packed with ingredients. Portion sizes were reasonable, but I wouldn’t say they’re too generous. " I visited Cava recently on a busy weeknight, and while the staff was clearly swamped, they maintained a high level of politeness and were quick to answer any questions I had about the menu options.
