" I went to Chipotle during lunch hour and it was storming outside but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order was prepared. The staff was friendly, and even the cashier smile which was refreshing. The burrito bowl we ordered was delicious with the right balance of flavors. " Absolutely terrible food quality! I used to enjoy Chipotle but I don't know what has changed. My last visit left me feeling sick and the chicken tasted like it was days old. I don’t know if the management is failing at keeping standards, but this is my second bad experience in a row. I left after one bite and won’t be returning unless they make significant changes.
