However, I’ve had some experience with inconsistent service which can sour the visit. On a positive note, the atmosphere is welcoming, and I truly appreciate the ability to customize my dishes. The lamb meatballs are a personal favorite, so I was disappointed once when they ran out of a key ingredient. That being said, the staff offered to substitute with something else, and their attentiveness made up for the shortfall. " CAVA has some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever had. I always indulge in their pita chips and red pepper hummus as a starter.
