" Tamari Bar is a hidden gem in Capitol Hill. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by warm colors and a delightful ambiance reminiscent of Japan. We opted for the Happy Hour menu, which offered great deals but I was somewhat disappointed by the limited selection. The seafood was undoubtedly fresh, but I expected a little more out of the appetizers. On the flip side, the cocktails were exquisite, and the flavors they brought were truly refreshing.
