I especially enjoyed their signature rolls and would say it's one of the best sushi spots I've been to in a long time. " Sushi Santana is a treasure! The sushi is creative and delicious, especially the banana sushi which was recommended by the friendly staff. My partner and I enjoyed our date night, and despite the initial wait for a table, we were quite pleased with the overall experience. The atmosphere is perfect for unwinding after a long day. " Dined here a couple of days ago and was blown away by the variety! The sushi is top-notch, flavorful, and truly authentic. We started with edamame and sashimi, which were fresh and beautifully plated. The only downfall was the wait time, very lengthy. It took over an hour to get our main dishes.
