" Last week, I celebrated my birthday at Fat Cactus with my family, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. We made a reservation, and even though they were busy, our waiter was attentive without being intrusive. The shrimp tacos were iconic! They were definitely the highlight of the meal. The margaritas also stood out, mixed perfectly, not too sweet, just right. The overall energy of the restaurant along with the music made for a delightful evening.
