" This Taco Bell is a hit or miss! When it's good, it's really good, but when it's bad, it's just terrible. Their Crunchy Tacos are decent, but it seems like they’ve forgotten that people want more than just a few flakes of meat inside. The last time I was there, my tacos were practically empty! " Every time I go to Taco Bell, I tell myself it will be different. Unfortunately, it's still just a fast-food joint. " My family decided to hit up Taco Bell after a long day. We pulled in and were excited to try their new menu items. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm was quickly dampened by the mix-ups with our order. Not once, but twice they gave us the wrong food! The quality of the food itself was fine, but the service left much to be desired. They compensated us with a gift card, which was a nice gesture, but that doesn't change the initial hassle. I still love their tacos, but I just wish they would improve some aspects of service.
