" Let's just say my experience was less than stellar. The restaurant was dirty, and I noticed staff were barely cleaning any surfaces. I went for a Taco Salad, and it was soggy with way too much dressing. I could hardly make out the ingredients. Maybe the drive-thru is better, but my experience in-store was not great. " I've been a Taco Bell fan for years, but this visit was truly disheartening. The drive-thru was excruciatingly slow, around 30 minutes just to get to the speaker. I ordered a Beef Burrito and when I finally got it, there was barely any beef inside. I understand busy hours, but this was beyond frustrating.
