" My experience at Cicis was not the greatest, as I expected more. The pizza was overly doughy and lacked flavor. I was hoping for a better variety of toppings on the pizza buffet. Unfortunately, it seemed like the staff was not on top of replenishing the dishes, leaving several empty trays. " Cicis Pizza used to be my go-to pizza place, but this time was different. The food quality seemed to have dropped significantly. The pizzas were cold and not properly seasoned. The salad bar was again not stocked well. It is a shame because it was always fun to go there. " I came to Cicis for the buffet and was quite disappointed this time around. It seemed like the staff couldn't keep up, as many pizzas were missing from the buffet. Even the few that were available weren't that great. It dampened my desire to return anytime soon. I understand it can get busy, but they should do a better job of maintaining the food supply.
