" Koto Sushi is okay, but I've had better. The sushi quality is there, and the presentation is beautiful. However, service was quite slow during my visit, which really impacted the experience. When dishes finally arrived, while some were outstanding, others were bland and did not live up to the hype. The miso soup was great, but it's not enough to bring me back for a while. " I had a wonderful dining experience at Koto Sushi! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I ordered a variety of rolls and each one was delicious! The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I highly recommend trying their sushi if you’re in the area. Fresh ingredients make all the difference! " (*Curated Review*)
" Koto Sushi has become my go-to spot for sushi in Victoria. The staff are always friendly, and the quality of the fish is superb. I’ve tried many items on the menu, from sashimi to nigiri, and have yet to be disappointed. The only tiny drawback is that sometimes it can get busy, leading to a bit of a wait, but it's well worth it for the authentic experience. I feel like I'm back in Japan every time I eat here! " My experience at Koto was mixed. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant but wasn't impressed with the service. It took a while for our orders to arrive, and when they did, part of my meal was cold. I ordered the sushi boat, and while it was beautifully presented, some rolls felt a bit bland and lacked seasoning. I still enjoyed the miso soup, though! It’s a lovely space, but I would hope for better consistency next time. " (*Curated Review*)
" We recently had a family dinner at Koto and we were pretty impressed. The decor gives off a traditional Japanese vibe that enhances the dining experience. The sushi rolls were made fresh and were beautifully presented. I particularly loved the spicy tuna roll while my kids enjoyed tempura. However, service was a bit slow that evening. Overall, a good experience; I’d definitely return. " (*Curated Review*)
" I just want to say how much I love Koto Sushi! The service is always fantastic, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Each role I have tried is absolutely delicious. It's also a bonus that their miso soup is the best I've ever had! I took my family last week, and they were equally impressed. I can't wait to return when I get the chance! " (*Curated Review*)
