" Koto Sushi has become my go-to spot for sushi in Victoria. The staff are always friendly, and the quality of the fish is superb. I’ve tried many items on the menu, from sashimi to nigiri, and have yet to be disappointed. The only tiny drawback is that sometimes it can get busy, leading to a bit of a wait, but it's well worth it for the authentic experience. I feel like I'm back in Japan every time I eat here! It took a while for our orders to arrive, and when they did, part of my meal was cold. I ordered the sushi boat, and while it was beautifully presented, some rolls felt a bit bland and lacked seasoning. I still enjoyed the miso soup, though!
