" I cannot believe how long it took me to discover Panda Chinese Kitchen! It is an absolute treasure. I found their kung pao chicken to be incredibly rich in flavors while not being overly spicy. Each bite was a beautiful balance! Additionally, I tasted their vegetable lo mein, which was quite savory, albeit a bit greasy. The prices are fair for the amount of food received! I personally don’t care much about the vibe since I predominantly order to-go, but I did find the seating area pleasant. Customer service was particularly remarkable; each time I call, they're so polite and even remembers my name! Kudos to the effort they put into their service alongside their food quality. After stumbling upon Panda Chinese Kitchen while on a road trip, I had to try their General Tso's chicken and mixed veggies. The first bite took me back home – it was warm, crispy, and packed with flavor. Their mixed vegetables were fresh and crunchy, which perfectly complemented the dish. Surprisingly, I was also impressed by their portion sizes; I had leftovers that fed me the next day! There was a little wait due to a busy lunch hour, but it was worth it. " I was in Wheeling for a family visit and we decided to order from Panda. It was a bit of a mixed bag for us. The shrimp lo mein arrived with generous shrimp but unfortunately, it felt a bit oily and wasn't as flavorful as I hoped. My brother's sweet and sour chicken was much better – crispy and had a great tangy sauce. We also tried their crab rangoon, which was divine; the filling was creamy and flavorful. Another plus was the quickest delivery service we've experienced in a long time, which I appreciate. The restaurant itself has an average look, nothing fancy, but it's definitely a nice place for takeout! " I had the pleasure of dining at Panda Chinese Kitchen recently, and it was quite a pleasant experience! The biggest highlight was definitely the orange chicken; it was sweet, tangy, and just the right level of crispiness. The egg rice was fluffy, and although it could’ve used a bit more flavor, it wasn't bad! Service was attentive, and all members of the staff radiated positivity which made my meal much more enjoyable. This place is rumored to have been around for years, and it shows through their quality food. I can recommend Panda if you’re in the mood for quality Chinese food without breaking the bank! I happened to order the chicken chow mein, which was quite good, though I was longing for a tastier version than what I ended up with. While it wasn’t bad by any means, it simply didn't have the depth of flavor that I was after. The ambiance was relaxed and welcoming. The service was attentive enough, but I couldn’t shake the feeling of slight impatience from staff. I’d say my experience was decent; nothing particularly thrilling but not intolerable either. " Panda has been my personal favorite for years. I enjoy the generous portions of their fare. Favorites include their garlic chicken and their sweet and sour chicken, both superb and capturing authentic flavors! Most importantly, they manage to keep their food fresh and hot when it arrives! This past visit was no different; they were efficient with my order and I experienced prompt, friendly service. The only downside I would note was the ambiance; it could definitely use a little refurbishment to make it more appealing. " I've visited Panda Chinese Kitchen multiple times and every time I have a different experience. Most times, the food has been spot on; flavorful, steaming, and always just the right amount during takeout. The hot and sour soup is a hidden gem that has a nice kick to it, while the egg rolls are average but satisfying. However, I did encounter a few instances of mixed quality where some dishes were less impressive. Overall, I appreciate their dedication to serving fresh ingredients and speed in fulfilling orders. The service staff is always friendly and prepared for any requests. I guess the best part is that even on a busy night, they manage to keep it together.
