After spending a long time at the drive-thru, I got a cold and soggy meal that not only lacked flavor but was also missing some of the items I ordered. When I finally got back to talk to them, the staff were dismissive and rude, which just added to my frustration. I'm not coming back. Who wants to eat fast food when it's this bad?
