" I visited It's a Utica Thing last week and was excited after hearing so much about their chicken riggies. The vibe inside was lively, and the decor felt warm and inviting. We had to wait quite a while before our server came to take our order. When the food arrived, I was disappointed with the portion size. I ordered the eggplant parmesan, and although it was tasty, it felt a bit overpriced compared to other places I've been.
