" I just had to share my wonderful experience at El Cazador Gillis Hill! I came here on a recommendation from a friend who swore by their fish tacos, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! The fish was perfectly cooked, flaky, and seasoned just right. Everything was fresh, from the tortillas to the toppings! We also ordered some nachos as an appetizer; they were generous with the cheese and toppings. The service staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. " I've been to El Cazador multiple times, and each visit has been an adventure! From the vibrant atmosphere to the lively music, it absolutely radiates fiesta vibes. On my last visit, I tried the new taco specials, and they were bursting with flavor! The portions were generous, making it a great value for the money. The staff were attentive, and our waiter was able to recommend some fantastic drinks to accompany our meal. Definitely a fantastic spot to celebrate special occasions or just indulge in comfort food. " I have mixed feelings about my experience at El Cazador Gillis Hill. While the atmosphere was warm and inviting with helpful staff, I can't say the same for the food. I ordered the steak fajitas which everyone raves about, but I was disappointed as the meat wasn't well-seasoned. There were enough veggies, but they overpowered the dish. The margaritas were on point, however! I enjoyed those immensely, so at least there's that. This place is decent, but I think it might have been an off day for their kitchen.
