" While I appreciate the ambiance and the affordable pricing, my experience at Kimura Sushi was less than ideal. The food took too long to arrive, and when it finally did, the sushi was okay but did not match the hype I had heard. Also, the staff was not very accommodating, which put a damper on the mood. " I have to say, Kimura Sushi is quickly becoming one of my favorite places in town! The authentic flavors are impressive, especially their special rolls. I visited a couple of weeks ago and ordered the chef’s recommendation and was blown away by how fresh and flavorful everything was. The prices are stunningly low for the quality you get. I did notice that the staff seemed a bit rushed, but they were still kind and attentive. The only thing I wish is that they could expand their dessert menu to include more Japanese sweets!
