" I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Simply Thai last night with a couple of friends. From the moment we walked in, the staff was very welcoming, and the ambiance was cozy and calming. I ordered the green curry and my friends had the drunken noodles and pad Thai. Everything was fresh and full of flavor! I was particularly impressed with the level of spice—they make it just right! " Simply Thai has a special place in my heart. It's been a family favorite for years! We usually go for special occasions. The dishes are consistently delicious! Particularly, the yellow curry is to die for! It's also nice that they make their customers feel welcome—often stopping by to chat and ensuring everything is okay. The last time I visited, I noticed a change in management and a slight adjustment in the menu; still, I'm happy to say that the quality remains high. I'll keep coming here for my Thai cravings! I tried the fried rice, but it felt more like Americanized fried rice than something authentically Thai.
