" My friends and I decided to go for an early dinner at Silverlake Ramen recently, and I must say we were blown away by the overall experience! The gyoza and chicken karaage we ordered to start were incredible—golden and crispy, exactly how I like them. For my main, I had the tonkotsu ramen; the broth was rich and had a great depth of flavor, which is hard to find at many places.
