" Cici's has always been a go-to spot for our family, especially after church on Sundays! We appreciate the pizza buffet because it’s a great value, and the kids love the dessert pizzas. This last visit, however, was less enjoyable. The tables were noticeably dirty, and we had a hard time finding seating. While the staff is usually friendly, they seemed overwhelmed during our visit. The pizza options were limited, with many empty spots on the buffet. Still, the consistent ability to customize pizza on request is appreciated, and overall, we still had a pretty good time. " Cici's Pizza was a hit with the kids as they love being able to play games and then eat a huge variety of pizza! However, I must admit my most recent visit wasn’t the best. While the variety is excellent, the overall cleanliness needed some attention. I found some tables that hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, which was disappointing. The staff was generously offering to make our favorite pizzas, but my orders took longer than expected. " Cici's has always been a nostalgic experience for our family and friends, so we decided to celebrate a small gathering there. Unfortunately, this time, the experience wasn't up to par. Upon entering, the floors were sticky and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. After ordering our favorite BBQ chicken pizza, we ended up waiting 40 minutes to see it hit the buffet. During this wait, I watched others come and go while we were left in limbo. It was disappointing to see how management wasn’t on top of things and food quality slipping.
