" 285 words – A colleague suggested Sansotei to me, and I absolutely loved it! The Tonkotsu Ramen was rich and deep, a perfect blend of flavors that transported me back to my travels in Japan. The noodles were cooked impeccably, not mushy or overdone. The chashu had a melt-in-your-mouth texture, proving to be the highlight of the dish. Everyone at our table was raving about their own dishes too; it’s lovely when a lot of people enjoy the meal. The service was equally commendable—the staff was prompt and knowledgeable about the menu options. We also tried their gyoza, which was crispy on the outside and packed with delicious filling. It’s these little side dishes that can sometimes surprise you in a meal, and I think it added to the overall experience at Sansotei. The ambience is cozy and inviting, making it perfect for gatherings or a casual hangout with friends. The only slight downside I could note was that it could get noisy as more guests filled the space; however, it felt alive rather than overwhelming.
