" I had high hopes for Mexi's after hearing rave reviews from friends. While I found the atmosphere lively and well-decorated, my food experience left much to be desired. I sampled the vegetarian fajitas and found them overly simplistic; sautéed peppers and onions just didn’t cut it for me without any unique spices or flavor. Even more disappointing was the service on this particular night, as our server seemed rushed and unfocused. I’ve had much better Mexican meals elsewhere and can't say that I'll be returning any time soon. Dining out should be a pleasant experience, but here it felt more like a chore than a treat. " We’ve thrown several family celebrations at Mexi's, and they always hit the mark! The staff are friendly, the service is quick, and the food is consistently delicious. The enchiladas and nachos are our favorites, and the portion sizes are more than ample for sharing. We've taken friends here who also rave about the authenticity and great taste. I ordered the shrimp tacos, and they were fresh and delicious. The accompanying sauce had just the right amount of spice! Our server, Mike, was attentive and friendly, checking in on us seamlessly throughout our meal. However, I did feel that the portion sizes were a bit smaller than expected, and the price was on the higher side. Despite this, the quality of the food made it worth the visit. " Had an enjoyable family dinner at Mexi's last evening. The service was prompt and courteous, and our server was knowledgeable about the menu recommendations. We tried the spicy shrimp tacos which were pretty delicious, however some of my family found them a bit too spicy. The ambiance was vibrant and welcoming.
